Machinery maintenance control and planning

Software Offer.
Allow us to offer you a machinery maintenance control and planning software system including related activities.
The offered software consists of three sub-systems - Basic Programme for machinery maintenance control and planning (STROJEW), spare parts stock monitoring software (SKLADEK), software for following service lives of particular tools with respect to a treated number of pieces (VERCAJK) and order following software.
The all described software supports are 32-bit versions designed for the WINDOWS 95/98/NT/2000/XP environment. Their control is almost the same in all the cases and they require no special requirements for the operation level. Microsoft Visual FoxPro 5.0 and 7.0 are applied as a software languages.
The software programmes can be operated in up to ten language mutations which are user ´s settable and accessible. The basic supplies are in the Czech and English versions, while other languages can be added if required. This can be done either by a respective user or we can provide that upon a special order. In operating, you can select automatically a language for communication with a user and for the report print.

Maintenance Planning and Control
This programme was generated in order to simplify and make easier development of plans for regular and irregular repairs of the machinery and machinery staff activity monitoring. It comprises especially planning of mean repairs, common repairs, overhauls, preventive inspections and reviews according to user´s settable time schedules. Time demands for particular repairs and their duration can be set by a user, including types of the repairs. Setting a plan, information of required repairing staff capacity and scheduled stoppages is available for the whole calendar period. With respect to available sources, the capacities re-allocated as needed. Their history for a required machine including incurred wage and material costs and most frequent failure analysis can be retrieved back after the performed repairs completion.
The programme core consists of a basic database of machines and records of performed repairs. A machine is stored including its name and type, classification, inventory number, department, purchase date, completed repair and its complexity, shift concerning data, complexity unit, repair operation cycle duration, most recent repair completed and its date, next scheduled repair and date and some other technological parameters(power input, size, weight and a number of others). A machine can be attached also by a photo. A repair related information comprises a date of the repair, number of scheduled hours for the repair, repair performance, number of repairman, used spare parts, material and wage costs, failure cause, and, further, any text comment or other important information can be added.
Particular types of repairs can include also texts of necessary technological procedures and instructions for repairs including a list of necessary spare parts, which are printed on a repair card as required thus producing a complete document of a respective repair. Periodic reviews of various types and reviews of specified facilities can be scheduled, too.
Time demands for particular repairs and their duration can be set by a user. A history of performed repairs for a respective machine can be retrieved back and display. Further, technological procedures for particular repairs and necessary spare parts can be stored and retrieved. A special feature is a possibility of automatic setting up of preventive inspections from individual reviews and actions based on a month cycle. the reviews and inspections can be divided into those ones performed by the own staff and by external companies.
A scheme and methodology of preventive maintenance can be included in the programme which can be allocated to particular machines as a part of the documentation.
In the section of evaluation, you can follow repair costs, stoppages, and schedule repair staff capacities for the next period. Cost and stoppages following is divided to the workers, type of repairs, failure causes, particular machines or workplaces and time period, including comparison with total values and per cent share in them. Both financial and time
losses are compared.
It is possible to calculate in advance a financial cost schedule for preventive maintenance for a next calendar period.
The programme is able to co-operate with the following stock concerning used spare parts. Parts used at repairs are chosen from the programme, stock figures are changed and an entry of taking off the spare parts to a file of material movement is included.
The programme output comprises a wide range of any potential print records comprising data of machines, completed repairs and time schedules of repair plans including repair cards.
The programme control and concept are accessible also to a computer amateur, and, in addition, a prompt Help feature is built-up in the programme. A data access authorization and handling can be solved by various access right levels.
A great number of the programme parameters are common and setting them individually, you can adjust the programme perfectly to your habits and local conditions. In this way, you can set up any type of repairs, basic supposed duration, or a whole chain of scheduled repairs within the facility service life. You can set up even several of them, depending on a nature of the facility. You can allocate your logo which will be printed at the headlines of the printed documents.
You can use the programme either at the only installation in the only computer or inform of interconnection of computers in a network and common database sharing from a central computer (server),which can be used by several users simultaneously.

Failures - Software for smart and quick enter repair requests
This program is determined for smart and quick enter messages about new failures on machines, about start repair actions and about stop repairs in motion.
It collaborate with software for maintenance planning STROJEW and its list of machines. There is no possible use it separately. Records from program FAILURES are directly put into tables of program STROJEW. They are used the codebooks from maintenance planning.
If some failure occurs, worker enter the inventory number of broken-down machine.
If the repairer start repair, enter the machine number as message about start of repair. It is created a new repair card in table of STROJEW. After finishing repair again enter the machine number for repair stop. As last step it is necessary only refill next detailed information about performed repair in repair card (STROJEW).
The users form is designed for ease input, may be by means of barcode reader.
Technical requirement:
They are no special requirements. It is supposed that this software will be run on simple computers PC in workroom, with WINDOWS. This computer must be connected with directory STROJEW (LAN). Computer may be equiped barcode reader for simplest input machine number.

Spare Parts and Material Stock
This programme was developed for the hand-by stock registration needs, such as spare parts at a workshop, however, you can register anything in it. A principal access is from two levels, from a stock keeper performing material receipts and handing over and operator evaluating the material movements for a respective period and taking to particular departments. All that in relation to an allocated level of the operator authorization.
The stock keeper usually uses a modulus titled "Receipts and taking off". In this section, any and all stock movements are entered - particular receipts and taking off. The access is not limited, however, it is supposed to be a key activity of the operators. A display is separated to two ears. The first ear is a card of receipts /taking off, the other ear provides a characteristic review of all completed movements. Ordering a new movement, you click on the icon of new, empty record entering. The control is switched over to the first ear waiting entering data of the material being entered, movement kind and quantity. A date and name of person logged in the programme are added automatically.
The material specification is performed by a selection from a list of stock registered materials. At receipt a check is made to find whether the material required is comprised in the stock and whether its taking off will not result into its decreasing under its limit. The item "After-Status" indicates a balance stock quantity.
Advanced authorized staff is provided with access directly to the the material cards. This combined summary consisting of several ears logically interconnected you can gain information concerning the stock content. The first ear indicates a list of registered stock items, the other ear provides a card of a particular material. You can store and display also a part photo. You can retrieve, set filters and grouping in the first ear. Changes can be made in the second ear. The third ear comprises a list of movements of selected material and a card comprising any and all data of a particular single movement.
Depending on a stock condition, particular orders can be made directly from the material summary. Based on a selection by the means of a suitable filter, you specify a group of materials for a particular order and set up a preliminary list of items. Based on it, you produce a particular order after a required quantity added, then it will be allocated by a sequential number, stored and, further, its fulfillment can be followed.
Following interconnection with the maintenance schedule, used spare parts are automatically written off. The programme is able to watch minimum statuses and co-act with the order modulus for missing quantity ordering.

Tools Monitoring
This programme is designed for following tool sets and their particular parts in a point of view of a number of treated items and related wearing. Its core is registration of tool sets comprising data of a tool (type number, inventory number, date of inclusion, release to production and a number of other data). A total number of items treated by a respective tool is monitored both in a global point of view and particular check types. (CMK inspection and wearing). Tools with exceeded permissible limits are visually differentiated.
Any tool can consist of any number of parts. they are monitored individually with respect to a number of treated items, and a permissible limit is followed- individually for any part.
For ordering a number of items treated by a tool, a simple separate display is used where a number of treated items, indication of tool cleaning and potential replacement of individual parts, are specified. The specifications are recorded in writing and printed.
The parts can be attached by photo documentation, either a photo of a particular type of tool or photos of the tool work results in order to reveal occurring failures.

Orders
The last one from the programmes offered is a modulus for orders registration, their print and fulfillment following. Based on registered requirements, a schedule of financial needs is printed for a next period. It is able to co-act with previous programmes, when, based on particular needs of e.g. minimum stock required you can produce an order which is transmitted to the order modulus following further processing.
